Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how Bullionare Times Private Limited ("Bullionare") ships physical gold coins and bars purchased on our website, mobile applications and Gold Pay platform.

1. Service area

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. A small number of remote, restricted or high-risk pin codes may not be serviceable; serviceability is confirmed at checkout. We do not currently ship outside India.

2. Packaging

Every order is dispatched in tamper-evident, sealed packaging carrying the Bullionare seal, hologram and a unique product certificate. Do not accept any shipment whose seal appears broken or tampered with.

Timelines are indicative and may be impacted by force-majeure events, regulatory holds or logistics disruptions beyond our control.

4. Logistics partners & insurance

Shipments are dispatched through specialised bullion-grade logistics partners (such as Sequel Logistics, Brink's India or equivalent). Every shipment is fully insured during transit against loss, theft and damage. Insurance coverage ceases the moment a shipment is successfully delivered to the registered recipient.

5. Delivery verification

  • Deliveries are made only to the registered shipping address provided during checkout.
  • The recipient must produce a valid government-issued photo ID matching the order.
  • A One-Time Password (OTP) sent to the registered mobile number must be shared with the delivery executive.
  • We recommend recording an unboxing video; this is required for any tamper claim.

6. Charges

Standard delivery is free above the order-value threshold displayed at checkout. For orders below this threshold, applicable insured-delivery charges are shown before payment. GST is included in shipping charges where applicable.

7. Failed delivery & RTO

If delivery cannot be completed after the configured number of attempts (typically 3) due to recipient unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address, the shipment is returned to our facility. Our team will contact you to coordinate re-delivery. Re-delivery may attract additional logistics charges. If the order is finally cancelled, any refund will be processed net of non-recoverable logistics and insurance costs as per our Refund Policy.

8. Damaged, tampered or missing shipments

  • Inspect the seal before accepting delivery. Refuse any package whose seal is broken or tampered.
  • Report damage, tampering or missing contents within 24 hours of delivery to info@bullionare.com with the unboxing video, photographs of the package, and the order ID.
  • Claims raised within the prescribed window are investigated and, where validated, resolved by replacement or refund per the Refund Policy.

9. Tracking & support

Once dispatched, a tracking number and link are shared via email and SMS. For delivery-related queries, write to info@bullionare.com or call +91 91645 39990 (Mon–Sat, 10:00–18:00 IST), referencing your order ID.
