- Processing: 1–2 working days after payment & KYC.
- Delivery: 2–7 working days from dispatch via insured bullion-grade logistics.
- Packaging: tamper-evident, sealed; ID + OTP required on delivery.
- Charges: free above the threshold shown at checkout; otherwise as displayed before payment.

Returns & refunds at a glance
- All confirmed gold transactions are final due to live market pricing.
- Damaged / tampered shipments: report within 24 hours with an unboxing video; replacement or full refund on validation.
- Failed payments: auto-refund in 5–7 working days.
- Digital gold: can be sold back any time at live buy-back rate; proceeds credited in 1–2 working days.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment instrument.
